Mass Intention Request

Thank you for your desire to have a Mass offered
at Saint John Neumann Catholic Church

• Enter your mass intentions online through FaithDirect.
• Download & fill out the request form that can be mailed or dropped off at the parish office.

• There is a maximum of 5 requests for Mass intentions at once.
• There is a 40 Mass intention request limit per year.
• You may request a specific date for your Mass, but if that date is unavailable, you will be assigned an alternative date.
• We will send a confirmation email with the dates of your Mass.

The suggested offering is $10.00 per Mass.
